From humble beginnings, we began our first restaurant in Muswellbrook known as “Phillippe’s Brasserie”. Established for 21 years, we were looking for a tree change and to downsize the restaurant. ‘Le Pruneau’ opened in Tamworth.

We spent a long time searching for the right venue and location for ‘Le Pruneau’, one that would reflect the food, lifestyle and culture of the restaurant. Located in 67 Denison Street, we feel we have now captured a touch of France.
